Throughout the third quarter of 2021, the top 5 medical apps on the Android platform in Qatar demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared:

Nar'aakom from Primary Health Care Corporation saw a significant decrease in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at around 11.9K downloads in the week of June 28, downloads dropped sharply to approximately 837 by the end of September.

TousAntiCovid, published by the French Government, experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads. Beginning at 1.7K downloads in late June, the numbers peaked at 1.8K in early July but declined to about 168 by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users showed a generally positive trend, rising from 13.2K to a peak of around 16.2K in late August, before ending the quarter at approximately 15K.
